As we all know very well that earlier this month, the Tamil Nadu state court ordered the federal government to ban the most used short videos app, of course, TikTok downloads, claiming that the application encouraged pornography and exposed minors to sexual abuse, so the application was removed from both the well-known platforms, of course, I am talking about none other than Android and iOS downloads in India last week.




After these facts, a lawyer of the accusation, K. Neelamegam, informed to the well-known media platform, of course, Reuters that this Wednesday and after listening to the declaration of ByteDance, of course, it is the company who owns of the ‘app’ TikTok as we told earlier, the court decided to withdraw its decision.

Hence, a senior government official told the well-known media platform Reuters that India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology is going to request the tech giant Apple and the tech giant Google to simply return the TikTok application to their respective platforms.

Moreover, in an official statement offered to the well-known media platform, TechCrunch, the well-known media app for creating and sharing short videos, of course, TikTok explained that “we are grateful for the opportunity to continue to serve our users better in India, although we are pleased that our efforts to combat the improper use of the platform have been recognized”.
